On the palate, this Kilkerran unfurls a rich coastal smoke tempered by sherry sweetness. Deep peat, toasted barley and vanilla entwine with dried apricot, fig and cocoa, while orange zest and spice brighten the mid-palate. Silky yet substantial, it coats the tongue with briny character and a lingering peppery, cocoa-kissed finish.

Long, luxurious finish where coastal peat meets rich sherry, leaving a warm glow and lingering smoke. Orange zest, dark chocolate and toasted almonds weave through a saline, resinous spine, while spice and oak echo softly as the heat gradually recedes.
