Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.
With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Colour
Deep, dark mahogany with a warm amber core and subtle ruby-red highlights.
Nose
Aromas rise with rich dried fruits, dark chocolate and orange peel, laced with warming sweet spice. A PX-driven sweetness threads through polished oak, signaling the depth and opulence of a single-cask sherry finish.
Palate
Full and rounded on the palate, rich with raisin and toffee, layered with cocoa and oak spice, and finished with roasted nuts.
Finish
Long, warming, and gently spiced, the finish lingers with dried fruit and oak, slowly fading into warm, toasted notes.
