Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.
With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.

Colour
Deep mahogany with warm amber-copper highlights; a rich, chocolatey core that glows ruby when caught in the light.
Nose
Lush aromas of rich dried fruits, dark chocolate, orange peel and warming sweet spice rise from the glass, a bold sherry-tinged embrace that hints at oak.
Palate
Full and rounded on the palate, it unfolds with raisin and toffee sweetness, woven with cocoa, oak spice and roasted nuts, delivering a rich, warming bite that lingers.
Finish
Long, warming and gently spiced, with lingering fruit and oak that echo on the palate.
