Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.
With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Colour
Deep, velvety mahogany with ruby-copper highlights and a warm amber glow.
Nose
An opulent nose of rich dried fruits, dark chocolate, orange peel and warming sweet spice, with sherry depth cloaking the oak in a fragrant, inviting arc.
Palate
Full and rounded, the palate unfolds with raisin and toffee sweetness, layered with dark cocoa and oak spice. Roasted nuts add depth, delivering a velvety, indulgent texture.
Finish
Long, warming and gently spiced, the finish lingers with fruit and oak, a sherry-softened warmth revealing cocoa and dried fruit as the final notes fade.
