Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.
With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Intensely dark mahogany, infused with luminous copper-amber depths and a ruby-tinted edge.
Nose
Opulent nose of sun-dried fruits—raisin and fig—woven with dark chocolate, bright orange peel, and warming sweet spice, carried on a sherry-soaked veil of oak.
Palate
Full and rounded on the palate, revealing raisin, toffee, cocoa, oak spice and roasted nuts with a warm, lingering depth.
Finish
Long, warming and gently spiced, with lingering dried fruit and oak.
