Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.
With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Colour
Deep, dark amber with mahogany and copper undertones, a rich, sherry-kissed glow.
Nose
A beguiling bouquet of rich dried fruits and dark chocolate rises, brightened by orange peel, with warming sweet spice weaving through the glass.
Palate
Full and rounded, delivering raisin, toffee, cocoa, oak spice and roasted nuts.
Finish
Long, warming and gently spiced, the finish lingers with dried fruit and rich oak, a quiet thread of cocoa and toffee weaving through the warmth before fading to a refined oak glow.
