The GlenDronach The Sevillian Room is a travel-retail Highland single malt inspired by the warmth and character of Seville. It combines three different styles of sherry maturation: Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and Palo Cortado, building on the rich sherry-led character for which GlenDronach is renowned.

The result is a warmly spiced and fruit-forward whisky, bringing together orange, nuts, honey and aromatic spice in a generous and approachable expression.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Seville orange and honeysuckle with toasted oak, aged leather, roasted nuts and warm Mediterranean spice.

Palate

Manuka honey and roasted nuts with a savoury touch of olive oil, followed by blood orange marmalade and cinnamon.

Finish

Lingering orange peel, toasted nuts and spice with a soft café con leche note.
