Glendronach's Single Cask releases highlight the influence of sherry cask maturation in its purest form. Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.

With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.

Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Colour

Deep mahogany with coppery-amber highlights and a warm chestnut glow.

Nose

Opulent aromas of rich dried fruits—raisins, dates and figs—intertwined with dark chocolate. A bright thread of orange peel lifts the depth, while warming spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—twine with toasted oak, hinting at the sherry Puncheon’s sumptuous maturation.

Palate

Full and rounded on the palate, with rich raisin and toffee leading to dark cocoa, warm oak spice, and roasted nuts on a lingering, indulgent finish.

Finish

Long, warming and gently spiced, the finish lingers with dried fruit and cocoa, supported by oak. Raisins soften into a refined, lasting echo of wood.
