Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.
With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Colour
Deep amber-brown with mahogany undertones and a coppery glow.
Nose
Rich dried fruits mingle with dark chocolate and orange peel, lifted by warming sweet spice. Subtle sherry-driven depth hints at toasted oak.
Palate
Full and rounded, with notes of raisin, toffee, cocoa, oak spice and roasted nuts.
Finish
Long, warming and gently spiced, the finish lingers with notes of fruit and oak, fading to a refined, oaken sweetness.
