Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.
With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Colour
Deep, dark amber with mahogany and burnished copper undertones.
Nose
Opulent nose of rich dried fruits—raisin and fig—paired with dark chocolate, bright orange peel, and warming spice; a sherry-cask kiss threads through, lending luscious oak and sumptuous sweetness.
Palate
A full and rounded palate, unfolding with raisin and toffee, dark cocoa and warming oak spice, finished with roasted nuts.
Finish
Long, warming and gently spiced, with lingering fruit and oak; raisin and orange peel echo into a cocoa-kissed, nutty finish.
