Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.
With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Colour
Antique bronze.
Nose
An opulent bouquet of rich dried fruits—raisin and fig—laced with dark chocolate, orange peel and warming sweet spice. Toasted oak whispers in the background, echoing the PX sherry maturation.
Palate
Full and rounded, with notes of raisin, toffee, cocoa, oak spice and roasted nuts.
Finish
Long, warming and gently spiced, with lingering fruit and oak.
