Glendronach's Single Cask releases highlight the influence of sherry cask maturation in its purest form. Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.

With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.

Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep, dark amber with mahogany and copper undertones; a warm chestnut core framed by sunlit caramel.

Nose

Rich dried fruits, dark chocolate and orange peel rise, enveloped in warming sweet spice. A soft sherried depth and gentle oak lend elegance to the aroma.

Palate

Full and rounded on the palate, delivering raisin, toffee and cocoa with warm oak spice and roasted nuts.

Finish

Long, warming and gently spiced, the finish lingers with dried fruits and oak, softly echoing cocoa, roasted nuts and a hint of sweetness.
