Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.
With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Deep copper-amber with rich mahogany undertones and a warm, garnet glow.
Nose
Opulent and inviting, this nose unfurls with rich dried fruits, dark chocolate and orange peel, layered by warming sweet spice. A touch of toasted oak hints at the sherry cask maturity and depth to come.
Palate
Full and rounded, the palate delivers raisin and toffee with cocoa notes, framed by oak spice and roasted nuts. Rich and balanced, the sherry-cask depth glides into a long, warming finish with a subtle echo of sweet spice.

Long, warming finish, gently spiced, with lingering dried fruit and cocoa notes carried by oak. A subtle nutty echo lingers as the warmth slowly fades.
