Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.
With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Colour
Deep mahogany amber with a ruby-tinged glow and warm tawny edges, a luxurious PX-sherry hue that glows with cask-strength richness.
Nose
A luxurious perfume of rich dried fruits, velvety dark chocolate, zesty orange peel, and warming sweet spice.
Palate
Full and rounded, the palate coats with raisin and toffee, intertwined with cocoa and oak spice. Roasted nuts add texture beneath a velvety sweetness, while a warming finish lingers with dried fruit and subtle cocoa notes.
Finish
Long, warming and gently spiced, with lingering fruit and oak.
