Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.
With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, dark mahogany-amber with a rich copper glow and a touch of ruby.
Nose
Aromas of rich dried fruits—raisin and fig—nestle against dark chocolate and orange peel. A warming veil of sweet spice and subtle oak threads through, hinting at the sherry-cask maturation that deepens and seasons the aroma.
Palate
Full and rounded on the palate, revealing raisin, toffee and cocoa, with warm oak spice and roasted nuts.
Finish
Long, warming and gently spiced, with lingering fruit and oak.
