Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.
With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.

An opulent, long finish where Pedro Ximénez depth lingers with ripe plum and black cherry, threaded with dark chocolate and cocoa. Gentle spice meets toasted oak, giving a velvety warmth that slowly fades to hints of coffee and black truffle.
