Colour

Nose

Bold peat smoke and sea breeze dominate the nose, a brisk Islay coastal edge sharpened by mineral salt. Layered beneath, sherry-drenched fruit—prune, raisin, fig—unfolds with dark chocolate, toffee and toasted almond. Vanilla and warming spice drift through rich oak, leaving a luxurious, mouthwatering impression of smoke braided with sweetness.

Palate

Intense, mouth-coating, cask-strength peat dominates with maritime iodine and tarred wood. Sherry influence brings dark raisin, fig, and a hint of red berry sweetness, balanced by cocoa and roasted coffee notes. Vanilla and spice rise through the core, while a saline, smoky finish lingers, punctuated by ash and a prick of black pepper.

Finish

Long, seafaring and intense, the finish unfolds with coastal peat smoke interlaced with rich sherry sweetness. Dried cherries and figs mingle with cocoa and toffee as cinnamon-spice builds to a warming crescendo. It tapers to a velvety, resinous warmth, leaving a salted-oak kiss and subtle mineral depth that lingers.
