Vibrant and robust, the nose opens with bright citrus peel and vanilla bean over toasted oak. Green apple and honeyed barley mingle with warm spices—cinnamon and clove—while a delicate, resinous smoke lingers, signaling cask-strength depth.
Palate
Powerful cask-strength palate: warm oak and spices weave through vanilla and caramel, with sun-kissed citrus zest and dried fruit. Peppery cinnamon and clove add bite, while the 57.9% ABV remains integrated, leaving a long, warming, resinous finish.
Finish
Long, bold finish with peppery bite and warm toasted oak. Vanilla and citrus unfold slowly, alongside cinnamon and clove, then drift into a lingering caramel–vanilla sweetness. The cask-strength warmth persists, leaving a resinous, drying finish that lingers with quiet authority.
