Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich, deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany edge, exuding a warm, sherry-kissed glow.

Nose

Intense maritime peat smoke, carried on a briny sea breeze, with citrus zest and warm vanilla. Sherry-cask depth reveals dark fruit—fig and raisin—alongside chocolate and a whisper of burnt sugar, all wrapped in a coastal, smoky finish.

Finish

Long, warming finish of sea-sprayed peat with a delicate sherry sweetness. Lingering notes of dried fig and raisin, dark chocolate and orange zest give way to creamy vanilla and toasted oak, leaving a saline, coastal breath that slowly fades to a soft, smoked finish.
