Uncharted love a rock n roll reference, and these two sister bottlings allow an experience of spirit born of the same stills but maturated differently, at different ages, producing indie Bowmore "One Way Or Another". The Specifics? Two casks- #21 and #22 . Distilled on the 27th of June 2015 vatted together and bottled at natural cask strength.

Salty peat, sugary breakfast cereal, icing sugar, & a touch of wood.

Palate

Bright & salty. Cereals persist driving the flavour profile. This starts sugary sweet before drying out to tingling oak and spice with a generous honey note & texture.

Finish

The sugar sweet fades to oak & delicate smoke leaving a satisfying warmth in the mouth and chest.
