Peat smoke takes center stage, edged by sea-salt and mineral brine. Bright citrus zest, lemon and orange, brightens the aroma while vanilla and light toffee drift from the refill bourbon cask. A touch of almond and creamy barley adds elegance to this Islay-influenced bouquet.

Silky and mouth-coating, this Bowmore delivers vanilla and toffee from 16 years in a refill bourbon cask, tempered by refined Islay peat. Luminous citrus—lemon zest and orange—cut through the smoke, with maritime salt and a whisper of iodine lending coastal depth. The finish is long, creamy, and speckled with spice and oak, leaving a persistent citrus-smoked glow.
