Tasting Notes
Nose
Bowmore peat and coastal salt rise on the nose, tempered by rich sherry cask influence. Dark chocolate and dried fig mingle with orange zest, vanilla, and toasted almond, while a mineral, maritime breeze threads through. Subtler ash and oak spice linger, hinting at the long maturation and the Aston Martin partnership.
Palate
Powerful yet refined, this palate combines Bowmore’s signature peat with luxurious sherry sweetness. Waves of smoke and sea salt meet dried fig, raisin, and cherry, unfolding into dark chocolate, toffee, and roasted almond. Spiced oak adds structure, while the finish lingers with elegant, smoky warmth and a delicate ember of citrus zest.
