Tasting Notes

Colour

Straw.

Nose

A mellow yet enticing nose delivers a gentle, herbal smoke like scorched rosemary. Additional sweet notes of saffron custard, freshly baked shortcake and for balance a subtle shellfish like savoury aroma.

Palate

The rosemary returns on the palate alongside a flash of white pepper and pink peppercorn spice as well as a creamy vanilla evoke a sweetened steak sauce. The sweetness builds into a Edinburgh Rock and raspberry fondant flavour.

Finish

The smoky finish is gentle like recently doused beach bonfire and lingers for several minutes, delicious.
