Coastal Islay peat and sea-air mingle with rich sherry fruit—raisins, fig and orange zest—over cocoa and toffee. Dried fruit sweetness threads leather, vanilla and spice, while a whisper of smoke lingers, anchored by polished oak and a saline, coastal lift.
