Palate

Silky and medium-full, notes of fig and prune mingle with dark chocolate and roasted almond from the sherry cask. A layer of orange zest, toffee, and caramel adds sweetness, while gentle Bowmore peat threads through, soot and smoke weaving with maritime hints. The finish is long and warming, with dried fruit, spice, and lingering sherry sweetness.
