Tasting Notes

Nose

Dark-fruit bouquet of sherry-soaked raisins leads the nose, entwined with cocoa and bitter orange, then delicate notes of cherry blossom and liquorice.

Palate

Rich and layered on the palate, a deep sweetness braids with peat smoke and sea-salt minerality. Dark fruit and cocoa hints emerge, with a warming, dry finish where peat lingers and saline notes persist.

Finish

Mouth warming followed by peat drying and salt on the lips with a long lasting finish.
