Colour
Bright pale gold with sunlit straw hues and a whisper of honey.
Nose
Fresh green apples mingle with warm ground spices, honey, vanilla oak and orange zest, with delicate cut-flower perfume and a whisper of wood smoke and leather.
Palate
Citrus and orchard fruits lead the palate, with sweet toffee and vanilla, elegantly rounded by baking spices.
Finish
A lingering finish of white chocolate and ripe orchard fruits, coaxed by sweet spice and vanilla oak.
