Palate

An oily, full-bodied palate delivers Ardbeg’s trademark peat, smoke and medicinal iodine. Briny sea-salt coats the tongue, while dark fruit and a whisper of sherry sweetness emerge alongside cocoa and leather. Toasted barley adds depth, and a peppery spice threads through to a long, warming finish of coastal peat and ash.
