Colour

Deep copper-amber with ruby-garnet highlights and a glossy mahogany edge.

Nose

Dark fruit aromas lead, with blackberry, plum and fig mingling with a bright lift of red berry notes. Rich vanilla and almond from the first-fill bourbon casks emerge, while warm spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—and a whisper of peat add contour. A velvety, gently oxidative bouquet hints at cocoa, caramel, and toasted oak.

Palate

Velvety and full-bodied, with a gentle peat warmth. Rich red fruits—cherry, plum, raspberry—give way to dried raisin and fig, braided with honeyed toffee and almond nuttiness. Spices—cinnamon and clove—rise with oak, then a delicate, port-driven sweetness lingers into a long, refined finish with a hint of smoke.

Finish

Long, velvety finish infused with port-cask sweetness—ripe berry and plum mingle with toasted almond and spice. A delicate wisp of peat remains, leaving a warm, refined glow that lingers with quiet complexity.
