Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold radiance and mahogany undertones, a warm, bottle-aged glow.
Nose
Polished oak and sherried fruit rise from the glass: dried apricot, fig and orange zest mingle with honeyed malt, vanilla and almonds. A suave, nutty sweetness lingers with cocoa, leather and spice, finished by a refined, old-world maltiness.
Palate
Silky and elegant on the palate, with honeyed barley sweetness that coats the mouth. Orchard fruits—apple and pear—layer with creamy toffee, while a gentle sherry depth yields dried fig and raisin. Nutty almond, orange zest, and a kiss of spice mingle with warm oak, finishing long, refined, and beautifully balanced.
Finish
Long, refined finish of dried fig and raisin, deepened by cocoa and polished oak. Sherry depth lingers with orange zest, nutmeg and cinnamon, fading to warm leather and tobacco, leaving a lasting, elegant glow.
