Colour

Deep golden amber with coppery undertones and a warm, mahogany-tinted glow.

Nose

Honeyed orchard fruit, stewed apple and pear mingle with rich sherry notes, raisins and fig, balanced by creamy malt, vanilla, and a gentle almond-oak spice finish.

Palate

Silky and mid-weight on the palate, with honeyed orchard fruits and creamy malt, elevated by subtle sherry sweetness. Nutty almond, brown sugar and a whisper of spice unfold into vanilla and oak. The finish is long and warming, with dried fruit, cocoa and lingering oak.

Finish

Long, velvety finish where dark fruit and toffee mingle with sherry warmth. Raisin and fig lift cocoa and spice, with orange zest and toasted oak lingering softly as the sweetness gently fades.
