Colour

A rich, honeyed amber with a warm copper glow and a whisper of mahogany.

Nose

Sherry-kissed aroma of orange zest, dried fig and raisin, folded into almond, toffee and dark chocolate. Hints of vanilla, cinnamon and warm oak weave through a bright malt backbone, finishing with a delicate resin and a whisper of leather.

Palate

Powerfully sherried and opulent on the palate. Rich dark fruit—prune, raisin, fig—melds with cocoa, toffee and a hint of orange zest. Velvety, syrupy texture coats the mouth, propelled by the warm cask-strength glow (62.8%) that lingers with spice, polished oak and a whisper of leather.

Finish

Long, luxurious finish with sherried sweetness fading into toasted oak. Dried fig and dark chocolate mingle with orange zest, while cinnamon and clove provide a warming, peppery lift. Velvet and persistent, it lingers with a refined, resinous afterglow that invites another sip.
