Nose
Elegant and quiet, the nose unfolds with dark prune and fig, brushed by subtle sherry oak. Notes of orange zest, raisin and cocoa drift over cedar and leather, while a quiet spice of cinnamon and clove adds warmth. A refined, mature sweetness lingers, hinting at the distillery’s hushed character.
Palate
Silky, richly sherried on the palate, delivering dark fruits—prune, fig, raisin—alongside cocoa, espresso, and orange zest. Spices unfold with clove and cinnamon, while toasted oak and a whisper of leather underpin a long, elegant finish.
Finish
Long, elegant finish with quiet sherry depth: dried plum and fig lift into orange zest, while cocoa and espresso notes emerge. A ribbon of warming spice and walnut-leather tannins lingers softly, leaving a refined, lasting echo.
