Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany edge, a warm, sunset-hued glow.
Nose
Sherry-kissed and richly aged, the nose reveals dried fruits: raisins, figs, dates, paired with orange zest and dark chocolate. Spices of cinnamon and clove mingle with toasted oak and a whisper of honey, while leather and tobacco lend vintage depth, inviting a slow, velvety complexity.
Palate
Silky and refined on the palate, with sherry-rich sweetness: raisin, fig and dark cherry, woven with roasted almond and cacao. Spices of clove and nutmeg drift over polished oak, a touch of caramel and orange zest. The finish is long and tobacco-kissed, with suave fruit and resinous spice lingering.
Finish
Long, velvety finish, dark raisin and fig sweetness intertwining with cocoa and spice, then leather and polished oak rise, leaving a warm, enduring sherry caress.
