Colour

Nose

Opulent and aged, the nose blooms with rich sherry sweetness, dark fig and plum, plus cacao and walnut. Layered with oak, vanilla and orange zest mingle with leather, spice and a ghost of smoke, all wrapped in a waxy, refined elegance that speaks of a long, silent maturation.

Palate

Silky and richly sherried, the palate opens with fig, raisin and orange zest, woven with coffee and dark chocolate. Velvet fruit coats the tongue, tempered by gentle spice—clove and cinnamon—against polished oak. A long, warm finish yields leather, almond and cocoa, leaving a refined trail of dried fruit.
