Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with mahogany richness and a warm ruby-gold glow.
Nose
Silent and poised, the aroma unfurls dried fig and raisin, orange zest and honey, over warm, resinous oak. Leather, tobacco, and gentle spice mingle with malt and sherry sweetness, inviting quiet reflection.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, it unfolds with dried fig and raisin, wrapped in dark cocoa and toffee. Spices—clove and cinnamon—and a note of orange zest ride over supple oak. Leather and tobacco add quiet elegance, delivering a long, warming finish with refined sweetness and a subtle, guarded bitterness.
Finish
Long, elegant finish with sherried depth: dark fruit and cocoa linger beside walnut spice, carried by refined oak and a warm, silky sweetness that slowly fades to a lasting velvet finish.
