Colour
Deep, burnished amber with mahogany hues and coppery highlights.
Nose
Opulent coastal aromas: peat smoke and iodine ride a sherry-scented fruit core of dark fig, prune and cherry. Rich toffee and burnt sugar mingle with cocoa, while leather, tobacco and waxy resin deepen the profile. A maritime saline lift lingers, revealing age-softened peat beneath a refined, sumptuous nose.
Palate
Velvety maritime peat blankets the palate, delivering briny smoke with a touch of sweetness. Iodine, sea spray and mineral notes intertwine with dark chocolate, espresso and dried cherry, underpinned by leather and oak. The finish is long and smoky, fading with spice and a refined, maritime warmth.
Finish
Long, coastal finish of peat and smoke, balanced by a velvety sherry sweetness; dark fruit, cocoa and spice linger, with a subtle maritime salt and a refined, warming glow.
