Nose
Peat smoke and medicinal iodine rise with sea-salt and briny kelp, like a coastal bonfire. Vanilla and warm toffee from bourbon casks mingle with toasted oak, citrus zest, and a flicker of pepper. A gentle char and maritime minerals linger, lifted by a bright citrus echo.
Palate
Powerfully peated and maritime on the palate, iodine and smoke mingle with creamy vanilla and burnt sugar from 25 years in bourbon. Rich oak, honeyed toffee, and spice unfold, while a peppery, saline finish lingers, leaving a long, integrated warmth.
Finish
Long, coastal peat and iodine linger, softened by creamy vanilla and toasted oak. Salted caramel and spice drift in, with a resinous, smoky edge that slowly fades to a warm, persistent finish.
