Colour
Deep amber with a burnished copper glow and mahogany edges.
Nose
Smoky, grilled dates drizzled with Manuka honey, speckled with dry thyme and rosemary, chased by hints of liquorice and herbal Islay heather.
Palate
Sweet pear and honey lead the palate, unfolding into salted toffee and black pepper. A coastal iodine note and seaweed mingle with citrus brightness, while orchard-fruit sweetness lingers, softened by a gentle peat-smoked finish.
Finish
Dried spices and cedar give way to a complex, lingering peat that stretches across the palate, leaving a warm, resinous finish.
