Palate

Luxuriously waxy and oil-coated on the palate, this full-bodied dram delivers sherried richness with a coastal brightness. Dark orchard fruits, cherry, fig and raisin, mingle with orange zest, vanilla and resinous wax. The mouthfeel is velvety and substantial, with spice, cocoa and a saline, lingering finish that hints at oak.

Finish

Long, waxy finish that clings with oily richness, releasing honeyed toffee, dried fruits and orange zest, layered over walnut and cocoa. Sherry influence deepens with spice—cinnamon and clove—alongside a subtle leather note.
