Pear and crisp apple lead the palate, braided with caramel sweetness and a waxy, polished mouthfeel. A soft zest threads through festive Christmas cake fruits and spices, adding depth and lift. The finish brings vanilla and a honeyed peppery warmth, leaving a dry, lingering plume.

(KLINE-leash) Established in 1819 by the Marquis of Stafford in 1819, Clynelish was one of the first purpose-built distilleries. In 1823, the distillery became legal under the Excise Act. Unfortunately due to the recession in 1931 the distillery closed and did not open again until the end of World War II.
