Mortlach Signatory Vintage 35th Anniversary Single Cask #4241 Whisky 32 Year Old · 1991 Vintage
In stock
This single cask Scotch whisky was distilled at Mortlach Distillery, Speyside, on the 14th of May 1991. The new spirit was filled into a 1st fill Oloroso Sherry Butt, cask number 4241, where it remained until bottling in 2023.
A lovely, deep gold in colour, the 32 years in cask have created a beautifully rich liquid with sweet barley sugar, ripe prunes and hints of unburnt tobacco. The mouthfeel is luscious and expansive with a long, satisfying finish. The colour of the whisky reflects only the natural impact from the cask during maturation.
This whisky was disgorged and bottled under the supervision of Andrew Symington the distillery manager on the 4th of October 2023.
