Palate

Rich and smoothly mouth-filling, the deep, intense palate is sweetly fruity rather than meaty, with a spicy-dry edge as virgin oak asserts itself. Magnificently lively and richly layered, clues of ginger spark a spicy dance. A dash of water reveals a delicious, harmonious marriage between fruitiness and black pepper spiciness.
