Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with warm mahogany tones and a subtle ruby glow.
Nose
Coastal peat smoke and sea-salt lift the nose, with rich sherry fruit—raisin, fig and a touch of orange. Dark cocoa, dried fruit and tobacco mingle with resinous oak, while a subtle medicinal iodine note threads through the smoke, finishing in maritime warmth and refined complexity.
Palate
Full-bodied and creamy, it opens with bold peat smoke and maritime brine, then unfurls dark chocolate, dried fruit and toasted oak. A citrus-spice lift keeps the profile buoyant, while the finish lingers with ash, salt and warming orange zest.
Finish
Long, maritime finish of peaty smoke and iodine-laced sea-salt, slowly unfurling into dark chocolate and dried fig. Subtle sherry sweetness threads through, with refined spice and leather notes, finishing on warm oak and lingering coastal echoes.
