Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with radiant honey-copper highlights and a warm, burnished bronze core; subtle mahogany tints along the rim.
Nose
Hayloft freshness and farmyard character: barley, goat’s cheese and grass-and-straw notes mingle with a grass-laden fire. Juicy pineapple and orange rise, imparting bright fruit against the rustic, earthy backdrop.
Palate
Fruit-driven sweetness leads the way - orange chocolate, pineapple and golden syrup, layered with subtle honeyed citrus. A grassy fire builds, releasing smoke and a hint of smoked goat's cheese, then deepens into warm oak and spice. The finish is long and elegant, with citrus-peat echoes lingering through a refined, balanced mouthfeel.
Finish
An expansive finish where smoke lingers, gradually softening into honeyed sweetness and bright fruit—pineapple and citrus—leaving a warm, lingering afterglow of fruit long after the sip.
