Overwhelming peat smoke floods the nose, sharp with sea-salt brine and iodine. Beneath, creamy vanilla and toasted oak soften the edge as bright citrus zest and subtle dried fruit emerge, while a thread of white pepper and medicinal notes lingers in the finale.

Palate

Explosive peat drives the palate with smoky, medicinal iodine and briny sea-salt under a hot, peppery spine. Layered citrus zest, vanilla sweetness and toasted oak emerge, hinting at dried fruit. Full-bodied, creamy texture at 62.3% ABV, finishing long with lingering smoke, spice, and a final gleam of citrus.

Finish

Long, immersive finish of powerful peat and maritime smoke, with iodine and ash giving way to a peppery warmth. Vanilla and dark chocolate drift in as coastal minerals and salt fade, leaving a refined, lingering crescendo on the palate.
