Powerful and richly peaty on the palate, Yoichi 15 unveils a wave of smoky peat, maritime brine, and iodine. Dense malt sweetness meets roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and dried fruit, framed by plush oak spice and a hint of vanilla. A bold, lingering finish with chalky ash, cinnamon, and warm ember smoke.

Finish

Long and maritime, the finish unfurls with peat smoke braided by a sea-salt tang. A kiss of salted caramel and dried citrus lingers, tempered by warm oak spice, while cocoa and a touch of tobacco drift through the tail, leaving a refined, lingering warmth.
