"Fresh and salty on the nose with smoke, a suggestion of chimney soot and contrasting toffee and peaches. The palate is oily, with crisp oak, sherry, honey, apple, pineapple and peanut. Medium length in the finish with enduring spice and freshly mown hay."

Oily on the palate, with crisp oak, sherry and honey supporting apple, pineapple and peanut. Raisin, hazelnut and cranberry juice add depth, while delicate notes of burnt wood and dusty spices build toward a creamy fudge and dried-fruit finish—long, warming, and richly oaked.
