Tasting Notes
Colour
Pale straw gold with a subtle sunlit halo.
Nose
Peach and apricot dominate, bright and succulent, carried on a delicate ester aroma from the aromatic yeast. Subtle vanilla, biscuit, and white fruit add creamy, airy sweetness, with a light floral lift that lingers on the nose.
Palate
Silky, fruit-forward palate dominated by peach and apricot, lifted by the aromatic yeast. A light, balanced sweetness and gentle body carry the stone-fruit flavors to a clean, lingering finish of ripe peach.
Finish
Silky, fruit-forward finish in which peach and apricot linger long, sun-kissed and bright. A thread of vanilla and gentle spice weaves through the finale, with delicate floral notes leaving a perfumed, lasting sweetness.
