A limited edition first fill Bourbon cask finished Miyagikyo, released in 2018. A big, full, flavour packed Japanese whisky.
Floral, oaky and sweet vanilla nose. Lots of stonefruits with cinnamon and light spices. The palate is fruity with plum. pear and peach. There's a sweet malty core that is accompanied by liquorice and fresh salinity. The finish is jammy with light sweet forest fruits and a fresh citrusy edge.

Golden amber with honeyed warmth and a copper-gold glow.
Nose
Floral, oaky and vanilla-sweet on the nose, with a bounty of stone fruits—plum, peach and pear—kissed by cinnamon and light spices.
Palate
On the palate, fruit-forward and lush, unfolding with plum, pear and peach over a sweet malty core. Liquorice threads weave through a bright salinity, while Bourbon cask influence adds vanilla-soft spice and a rounded, polished sweetness.
Finish
Jammy, fruit-forward finish that bathes the palate in sweet forest fruits, with a bright citrusy edge that lingers refreshingly.
