Crafted at Japan's Shizuoka distillery, which began operations in 2016, this single malt whisky is produced using 100% locally sourced Japanese barley and distilled in historic ex-Karuizawa stills.
Aged in a blend of bourbon and wine casks, the whisky develops vibrant herbal aromas, including hints of popcorn shoots, haystacks, and a touch of anisette. On the palate, it reveals a smooth, creamy malt character, with layers of honeycomb, refreshing lemon thyme, and delicate undertones of watermelon.

Long, silky finish that lingers with creamy malt, brushed with honeycomb sweetness. Bourbon- and wine-barrel maturation releases herbal notes—lemongrass, lemon thyme—and a hint of anisette, while whispers of popcorn and hay fade into a clean, watermelon-fresh finish.
